This Kainé figure is released by Good Smile in their Nendoroid x NieR Mini Action Figure series.

The Nendoroid ~3.9" mini figure series depict characters from various ACG franchise and are designed with a large head and smaller body to give them a cute appearance. Each Nendoroid's faces and body parts are exchangeable, giving them a range of different expressions and poses.

From "NieR Replicant ver. 1.22474487139..." comes a Nendoroid of Kainé, the fierce warrior whose left half is possessed by a Shade that travels with the protagonist Nier. She comes with two face plates: a standard expression and a combat expression.
